Note that new students will base their tuition on their GPA at their last school and their income. However, after the second term at MBC, it will be based on the GPA at McDowell Bible College and their income as follows. *Important Notes:
• Books, computer, software, fees and internet requirements are the student's responsibility. Failure to purchase books and other requirements is no excuse and will impact your grade unless you withdraw, though many courses may provide online E-books for free, some courses, especially graduate courses, will require you to purchase the course textbook(s) and many of our students prefer hardcopy books to E-Books.
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Graduations are only in May and held for 4-year, master's and doctoral graduates. You will not receive your diploma until the day of graduation in an effort to promote graduation attendance. However, you may receive your transcript at any time indicating the degree completion within one month of completing all degree requirements. You may also make one special request for a Letter of Degree Completion from the registrar as well.
• All students must pay the full graduation fee and are highly encouraged to attend the graduation, except for those completing certificates or 2-year programs. Those who cannot attend graduation from outside the continental U. S. or having special approved circumstances may receive their diploma by mail. Remember, some overseas locations may take two to three months for the package to be mailed then arrive at your location.
• Those students who are very economically hard pressed to even pay the graduation fee due to hardship may request the diploma only graduation fee. You will need to contact the Registrar prior to graduation to get into this special program. Again, you will not get the diploma until one to three months after graduation depending on your location and mail services.
